The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will drive new business acquisitions, identify growth opportunities, and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Strategy

– Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management

– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Consultative Selling

– Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the best energy storage solutions tailored to their applications.

Pipeline & CRM Management

– Proactively manage the sales pipeline using the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Performance & Target Achievement

– Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Collaboration & Market Insights

– Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Exceptional Customer Experience

– Deliver top-tier service, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Ideally 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally in the battery, power electronics, or energy solutions sector.

Proven Track Record:

Strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Negotiation Skills:

Ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

A go-getter who thrives on closing deals, driving business success and obsessed with making money!

Organisational & Time Management Skills:

Ability to manage multiple opportunities efficiently and prioritise effectively.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage the sales process.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

Quick to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Driving Licence:

Must have a valid UK driving licence.
