The Director HR Communication & Change (m/f/d) is part of the People Strategy & Culture team within Fresenius Group HR. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing initiatives that support effective employee communication, engagement and organizational change. Working closely with HR leadership, this role will manage all aspects of HR communications and change programs to ensure alignment with the organization's values, mission, and business objectives. This role will also provide Group HR support for HR functional communication, as required.
