*Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cherry Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their individualized goals.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
* Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
* Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
*Qualifications*
* Valid LPN license, ability to practice in Louisiana.
* Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic life support certification preferred.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
* Compassionate attitude towards patient care.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.25 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
