The ideal person for the job will be team oriented, organized, proactive, with exceptional communication and written skills. This is supporting a team in EST and would be remote. Responsibilities:Objectives of this Role:Optimize the VPs productivity through efficient calendar management, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.What You'll Do:Calendar management and organizationManage and coordinate travelPrepare and submit expenses and reimbursementsManage relationships with third party service providers/vendorsStaff meeting materials managementCoordinate and manage candidate interviewsOrganize team communications and plan events, both internal and externalProvide support for other members of the executive team and their team membersAssist in ad hoc projects and light personal assistant support, as neededWill report to the Manager of AdministrationWill provide back-up coverage/support to admins and Workplace Experience Manager, as neededRequirements/QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred At least 2-4 years Executive Assistant experience supporting a teamHigh level of professionalism, and discretion with confidential informationArticulate, with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills, and detail oriented, with the ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlinesProficient in G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsFlexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys a challengeDriven, strong interest in self-development, and high integrityAt least two professional references requiredA candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
