The Sales excellence CRM team is responsible of the sales strategy of SFS and its proximity to Siemens AG. You'll create impact by Creating dashboards in visualization tools such as PowerBI. Analysing data from various systems, data products and sources to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making Conducting ad-hoc tasks for the sales excellence team Supporting the data strategy to enhance efficiency and value delivery Integrating advanced analytics and front-end tools Exploring AI-driven finance solutions and driving digitalization within sales processes This is how you'll win us over Education: An ongoing degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a data related field Experience & Skills Proven skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data-driven storytelling Experience with analytics and BI products (e.g., Power Query, Power BI) Basic programming language and knowledge of SQL for querying databases Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools like Snowflake Ways of working: Adaptability & resilience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines Independent working style with the ability to follow requests and bring your own suggestions Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.
