We're hiring a

DevOps Engineer

on behalf of a fast-growing health tech startup that’s transforming clinical operations for hospitals and health systems. Their product helps nursing teams get staffed faster, smarter, and more efficiently—replacing outdated scheduling systems with modern, real-time solutions. What you’ll do: Own infrastructure and deployment pipelines Work across DevOps (70%) and backend development (30%) Improve reliability, scalability, and security as the product scales Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing engineering team About you: 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps Strong proficiency in Github CI/CD, deployment pipelines, AWS, Postgres (Supabase), Auth systems (JWT, SSO/SAML), and Redis Experience with backend (Node.js/TypeScript) Bonus: startup experience and familiarity with modern runtime environments (Bun/Deno) Compensation: $180–220K base (flexible for the right person) 0.1–0.3% equity Unfortunately, no visa sponsorship is available.
