Job Role: Network Security Engineer
Location: Bioggio, Switzerland
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Experience Required
Must have Skills:

1. Checkpoint & NSX for Firewall Migrations

Deliverables

1. Maintenance, upgrade, and Security patching of existing Devices.
2. Setup of new infrastructures related to IT projects: definition of networks, firewall and routing.
3. Interactions with other teams in order to reach the deliverables, support on analysis and debug of new solutions involved in the projects at PaaS layer.
4. Creation of all the documentation needed in each phase, full alignment with the Network team.
5. Troubleshooting of issues on 2nd and 3rd level.

Required Knowledge In Specific Software Or Tools

1. Possess a solid understanding of and have experience with most of the following network technologies: HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, NAT, ACLs, IPSEC, and SNMP. Knowledge of NSX-T / NSX-V.
2. Solid knowledge and familiarity with Checkpoint, F5, Proxy Bluecoat, Forcepoint, Cisco, and Tufin.
3. In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and monitoring tools like tcpdump & Wireshark required.
4. Good knowledge of Python scripting.
5. Bachelor/Master degree in computer science.
6. Following Cisco and Checkpoint certifications are a plus: CCNP / CCIE preferred, CCSA / CCSM preferred.
