We are currently seeking a full-time licensed PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team at our Cheyenne location.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
Develop treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
Creating personalized fitness-orientated health care programs for patients
Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics, and ways to promote physical health.
Documenting patient care history.
Complying with rules, regulations and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current State license
Compliant with State regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree, MPT, DPT from an accredited educational institution
