We are seeking a professional to join our team in a mid-level analytics role. This position focuses on data visualization, SQL querying, and stakeholder collaboration, with occasional exposure to a factory environment.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Supply Chain. Required Experience
2-3 years in analytics with real-world work experience. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory. Python experience is a plus, but not required. Job Responsibilities
Documentation: Meet with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. DevOps: Participate in weekly task reviews. Data Modeling: Build SQL views for analytics. Reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards using SQL data sources. Factory Collaboration: Occasionally enter the factory with provided PPE. Required Soft Skills
Communication: Ability to document needs and ask clarifying questions. Independence: Self-directed work with strong time management skills. Red Flags (Disqualifiers)
Lack of hands-on SQL/Power BI experience outside academia. Inability to demonstrate independent project work in a professional setting.
