Talent Sourcing Specialist - Life Sciences

As a growing business, we are looking to hire a passionate Talent  Sourcing Specialist  to support our Pharma/Biotech recruitment team. No unrealistic KPIs, micromanagement or 24/7 office presence, just pure headhunting of talent for an industry advancing global healthcare.
This role focuses on finding and delivering top-tier technical and scientific talent to our European client base. Partnering with leading Life Science companies, you’ll be part of a highly capable team in an environment that encourages your personal growth by commitment, curiosity and authenticity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Active Sourcing:  Search, identify, and approach high-quality talent for the Life Science industry across Europe over social media, internal databases and other platforms.
2. Client Communication : Participate in job intakes with senior and executive decision makers to understand requirements and build relationships.
3. Full Delivery:  Own the profile delivery process, by ensuring great CV presentation with poignant management summaries and market knowhow.
4. Candidate Management:  Proactively manage your candidates throughout the recruitment process, support their interview preparation and advise on their career decisions.
5. Collaborative Team Player:  Be on eye-level with your colleagues and our leadership, share your ideas, support your team. 

REQUIREMENTS

• First agency experience in recruitment, preferably in Life Science or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to source and deliver talent across Europe.
• Excellent understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
• Genuine drive to create an outstanding experience for other people.
• Professional fluency in English and German.
• EU or Swiss work permit.
• Be a nice person.
