A global retail organization is seeking a senior leader who can oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure across multiple geographical locations. The position is based in Fribourg, Switzerland.

Vacancy
Who you are
- Min 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end Infrastructures, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance
- 5 years of proven leadership, ideally in multinational and global teams
- Experience in MS technologies (AD, Exchange) but also Know-How in Network & Firewalls
- You have worked ideally on-premise and have managed cloud infrastructures (ideally via Azure)
- You are willing to occasionally travel to Europe and Asia (1-2 times per year)
Your tasks
- Manage and oversee the company's global IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and high availability
- Develop and implement strategies for improving and optimizing the IT infrastructure
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, HP servers, Fortinet firewalls and virtualization technologies
- Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT infrastructure and security
