As a rapidly growing startup entering their scale-up phase, they are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Development Representative for the DACH region to join their journey. This pivotal role will focus on driving lead generation, closing deals, refining sales processes, and scaling the operations. Vacancy
Who you are
- 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Organized, self-driven, and resilient
- Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot,
- Languages: Fluent in Spain/French and English (a third language is a plus)
- Location: Ideally based in France or Spain
- Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
- Bonus: Experience in sales in the hospitality industry
Your tasks
- Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions (French/Spanish)
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
- Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling
