Vacancy

Who you are

  • Strong experience in data analysis (min 5 years of work experience). **MUST!!
  • Excellent English level (C1+) **MUST!!
  • Proven experience in using using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
  • Have experience working with job platforms** marketplaces, e-commerce or SaaS tools. **MUST!!
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Your tasks

  • Analyze user activity across the platform: clicks, impressions, registration patterns, and engagement trends.
  • Identify high-performing and underperforming job listings based on job type, location, source, etc.
  • Assess partner job lifecycle metrics to optimize job listings and partner engagement.
  • Investigate funnel drop-offs (e.g. click-to-register, browse-to-click) and provide strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Segment talents based on location, job preferences, and activity for targeted offers.
  • Understand traffic sources to inform acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards to guide decision-making.
  • Suggest key metrics to monitor post-project for long-term optimization.
  • Design and implement dashboards for internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Ops) to track key KPIs.
