Vacancy
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field highly desirable
- Extensive experience in IT project/portfolio management, preferably in a multinational and/or retail environment
- Proven experience in managing global IT programs, budget planning, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and demand management processes
- Strong proficiency in project portfolio tools such as Jira or similar
- Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times per year
- Fluency in English (C1)
Your tasks
- Oversee governance and execution of global IT projects (including applications and infrastructure) in alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets
- Implement standardized project management practices, reporting processes, and performance indicators
- Define and manage the global IT project portfolio, engaging with project managers, technical teams, and regional IT stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CIO in developing and implementing IT priorities
- Drive coordination across regional IT organizations to ensure alignment of processes, tools, and platforms
- Collaborate with regional product owners and business units to gather, evaluate, and prioritize IT demands
- Maintain an up-to-date global IT demand pipeline and coordinate with Finance to assess financial and capacity implications
- Maintain the Global IT Risk Register, ensuring timely identification and follow-up on IT risks
- Organize and lead quarterly Global IT Risk Review sessions with the Board, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance expectations
- Support the CIO in developing the annual global IT budget, including forecasts and scenario modeling
