Vacancy

Who you are

  • 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (entry-level profiles welcome!)
  • Fluent in English (C1+ level) and German (native/mother tongue level) **ideally Swiss German
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, with a strong academic track record
  • Naturally curious and driven by all things Sales and Business Development
  • You thrive on communication and love picking up the phone
  • You enjoy convincing others and have a persuasive edge
  • Fast-paced, ever-changing environments excite you — you're adaptable and thrive under pressure
  • You want to be part of a mission-driven team that's reinventing how companies hire

Your tasks

  • Identify and source potential new clients through research, outbound outreach, and cold calling
  • Act as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, representing the TieTalent brand
  • Onboard new clients and open hiring mandates for the Talent Agent team
  • Present TieTalent’s services and solutions via calls, emails, video meetings, and occasional in-person interactions
  • Understand each client's unique hiring needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Reactivate existing clients who haven’t hired recently
  • Collaborate with Talent Agents to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for clients
  • Share client insights and market feedback to continuously improve our service offering
