Who you are

  • Du verfügst eine abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung
  • Du kannst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im ICT Support vorweisen (1st & 2nd Level)
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits bei einem IT Dienstleister gearbeitet
  • Du kennst Dich im Microsoft Umfeld gut aus. Zertifizierungen runden hier Dein Profil ab
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Lust auf Impact
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse

Your tasks

  • Du unterstützt Kunden beim Betrieb und Unterhalt der ICT-Infrastrukturen
  • Du brennst für unsere Kunden und bearbeitest Incidents und Service Requests selbständig im 1st und 2nd Level
  • Du leitest Deine eigenen Entwicklungsprojekte und hast einen grossen Impact in der Firma
