Who you are

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of PCs, smartphones, Windows, printers, and M365 applications, with expertise in Teams Phone being a plus.
  • Customer-focused, communicative, and approachable, thriving in daily user interactions and diverse IT challenges.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, confident, and persistent.
  • Proficient in French and English, with good command of German for internal collaboration with the team.

Your tasks

  • Serve as the primary ICT contact for users across multiple locations in Switzerland.
  • Provide guidance on workplace technology, telephony (Teams Phone), and M365 tools to optimize user experience.
  • Deliver first and second-level support, escalating to external partners when required.
  • Manage IT infrastructure throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including software, licenses, and access rights.
  • Collaborate closely with IT support teams from other entities within the group.
  • Contribute actively to ICT projects within the organization.
