Who you are
- Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of PCs, smartphones, Windows, printers, and M365 applications, with expertise in Teams Phone being a plus.
- Customer-focused, communicative, and approachable, thriving in daily user interactions and diverse IT challenges.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, confident, and persistent.
- Proficient in French and English, with good command of German for internal collaboration with the team.
Your tasks
- Serve as the primary ICT contact for users across multiple locations in Switzerland.
- Provide guidance on workplace technology, telephony (Teams Phone), and M365 tools to optimize user experience.
- Deliver first and second-level support, escalating to external partners when required.
- Manage IT infrastructure throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including software, licenses, and access rights.
- Collaborate closely with IT support teams from other entities within the group.
- Contribute actively to ICT projects within the organization.
