Who you are
- Brings a minimum of 3 years of relevant working/professional experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or managing a portfolio of companies.
- Holds an academic background in corporate finance/business/law/economics/engineering
- Speaks & writes English (C1+, fluent), strong plus French and German
- Has a keen passion for technology, closely aligned with the companyβs strategic direction and innovation goals.
- Exhibits a proactive & autonomous attitude.
- Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, showing a willingness to go above and beyond in contributing to the development and growth of significant ventures.

Your tasks
- Collaborating closely with the firm's chairman to drive the execution of a "buy and build" strategy aimed at scaling portfolio companies through targeted acquisitions.
- Overseeing and assessing the performance metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance of all companies within the portfolio.
- Actively identifying and creating new growth opportunities for the portfolio companies, including market expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a network of co-investors, including private equity and venture capital firms, as well as individual private investors.
- Facilitating introductions and fostering engagement between portfolio companies and potential investors to drive future funding rounds.
- Providing strategic support during M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and growth implementation.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential acquisition targets that align with the firm's growth strategy.
- Ensuring effective communication between portfolio companies and stakeholders, offering regular performance updates to the leadership team.
