Vacancy
Who you are
- Fluent in English
- Degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong skills in 2nd/3rd level support, networking (both on-premise and cloud), incident coordination and research, firewalls, switches, OVN, OpenStack, Ansible, automation, monitoring, Python, and Linux
- Effective in both independent work and team settings, with a strong ability to collaborate and fit seamlessly into the team
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Your tasks
- You play a key role in enhancing the cloud
- You work closely with your team to identify, analyse, and resolve issues, continuously refining our solutions. Additionally, you coordinate updates and initiatives to ensure smooth change management.
- You participate in 2nd and 3rd level support, using customer feedback to iteratively improve our products.
- Your primary focus is on the networking aspects of the cloud, supporting and implementing design changes as needed.
- You oversee the infrastructure, ensuring its operation and automation, while proactively identifying trends and addressing potential issues before they arise.
