Who you are
- Expertise in Card Management Systems/Issuing systems in the credit card sector.
- Over 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the credit card industry.
- Proficient in SQL.
Your tasks
- Define, analyze, plan, and implement new initiatives for the Card Management System.
- Oversee software rollout phases from testing to production deployment.
- Manage and monitor application maintenance tickets, providing technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
