- Informatiker EFZ oder Studium + erste Arbeitserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkentnisse, sowie gute Englischkentnisse
- Gute Kentnisse in Microsoft und ICT

- Qualitatives und selbstständiges Arbeiten sind kein Problem für dich

- 1. Level Support für Mitarbeiter
- Verwaltung von Benutzern und Hardware
- Installation von Hard- und Software
- IT-Projektkoordination
- Beschaffung von IT-Equipment
- Mitarbeiterschulungen und Dokumentationserstellung
- Hilfe beim 2. Level Support für Service-Dienste
