Companies on the platform are looking for highly skilled Social Media Specialists to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content across various platforms, analyzing social media performance metrics, and engaging with the community to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s website. The salary range for this position is approximately CHF 70,000 to CHF 90,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Your tasks
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
