Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of security systems including intrusion detection systems, firewalls, antivirus software, log management, content filtering, etc.
- Proficient in risk management, threat analysis, security auditing, and security monitoring.
- Familiarity with web-related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and network/web related protocols.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc., are highly desirable.
Your tasks
- Plan, implement, and upgrade security measures and controls.
- Protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
- Conduct internal and external security audits.
- Manage network, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
- Analyze security breaches to determine their root cause.
- Recommend and install appropriate tools and countermeasures.
- Define, implement, and maintain corporate security policies and procedures.
