Who you are
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Experience with Microsoft products including M365, Outlook, and Teams
- Familiarity with Citrix is preferred
- Previous experience in a global company environment is a plus
- Ownership, service-mindedness, and excellent interpersonal skills
Your tasks
- Assisting end-users with inquiries, technical issues, and requests via various channels such as phone, email, or chat internationally
- Installing and Configuring Software: Installing, configuring, and updating software applications on end-users' devices according to company policies and procedures
- Configuring Hardware: Setting up and configuring computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral devices for end-users.
- Documentation: Documenting all reported issues, troubleshooting steps taken, and solutions provided for future reference and knowledge base improvement.
