The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products, services, and brand. Candidates will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The salary range for this position is CHF 100,000 to CHF 130,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.

Vacancy
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
Your tasks
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
