Who you are

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or help desk
  • Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Basic understanding of networks and common protocols
  • Strong ability to communicate with users, clients, and work in a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of users and clients
  • Dynamic, proactive and client-orientated

Your tasks

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users
  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate common IT issues
  • Configure workstations, software, and peripherals
  • Assist users in utilizing systems and applications
  • Log incidents and requests in the tracking system
  • Participate in integration projects for clients in collaboration with the team
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure user and client satisfaction
