Who you are
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or help desk
- Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Basic understanding of networks and common protocols
- Strong ability to communicate with users, clients, and work in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of users and clients
- Dynamic, proactive and client-orientated
Your tasks
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users
- Diagnose, resolve, and escalate common IT issues
- Configure workstations, software, and peripherals
- Assist users in utilizing systems and applications
- Log incidents and requests in the tracking system
- Participate in integration projects for clients in collaboration with the team
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure user and client satisfaction
