Who you are
- 6+ years experience as a Network engineer in IT and/or telecommunications
- Experience in network technology, including routing and switching, security, Wi-Fi and FTTx
- Fluent in French and English
- Ideally, you have passed a Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNP)
- Committed to upholding network security standards by implementing robust firewall configurations, access control policies, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate potential cyber threats
Your tasks
- Technical support for customers particularly in the areas of FTTHx access networks (P2P/Ethernet, P2MP/PON), backbone, cloud applications, security and Wi-Fi. This includes network management infrastructure on Linux and Windows servers.
- Responsible for designing, planning and implementing innovative solutions
- To be an important resource for the sales team and contribute your knowledge to the development of solutions for customers
- Actively participate in the support and maintenance of IT installations throughout Switzerland
