Who you are
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in project management within the IT infrastructure sector, with at least 5 years of applicable experience
- Profound comprehension of IT infrastructure technologies and systems, encompassing networking, servers, storage, and cloud services
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure project management methodologies such as ITIL and DevOps, coupled with proficiency in related tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adeptly managing multiple infrastructure projects concurrently
Your tasks
- Oversee the complete IT infrastructure project portfolio, from initiation through closure, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring
- Engage with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives
- Assess project proposals and prioritize them based on criteria such as business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability
- Distribute resources—including budget, personnel, and equipment—across multiple infrastructure projects to optimize efficiency
- Identify and address risks within the project portfolio, devising contingency plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting the overall status and advancement of the IT infrastructure project portfolio
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project management processes and methodologies throughout the organization
