Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in project management within the IT infrastructure sector, with at least 5 years of applicable experience
Profound comprehension of IT infrastructure technologies and systems, encompassing networking, servers, storage, and cloud services
Hands-on experience with infrastructure project management methodologies such as ITIL and DevOps, coupled with proficiency in related tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Project
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams
Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adeptly managing multiple infrastructure projects concurrently

Oversee the complete IT infrastructure project portfolio, from initiation through closure, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring
Engage with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives
Assess project proposals and prioritize them based on criteria such as business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability
Distribute resources—including budget, personnel, and equipment—across multiple infrastructure projects to optimize efficiency
Identify and address risks within the project portfolio, devising contingency plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators
Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting the overall status and advancement of the IT infrastructure project portfolio
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project management processes and methodologies throughout the organization
