Who you are

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Systemadministration, IT-Support oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Verständnis für Betriebssysteme, Softwareanwendungen und Hardwarekomponenten
  • Berufserfahrung im Microsoft oder Citrix Umfeld
  • Serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Fliessend Deutsch und Französischkenntnisse

Your tasks

  • Gewährleistung eines zuverlässigen Betriebs von Soft- und Hardware im Client Umfeld
  • Aktive Unterstützung im 1st und 2nd Support
  • Effiziente Störungsbehebung und entsprechende Fehleranalyse
  • Aktive Beteiligung in verschiedenen IT-Projekten
