Who you are

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1, fliessend)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Betriebssystemen von Windows, Microsoft Office-Produkten, Microsoft Office 365 und Standardsoftware
  • Erfahrung in IT Support (1st / 2nd Level)

Your tasks

  • Beschaffung, Konfiguration und Implementierung von Hard- und Software
  • Betreuung der Anwender bei IT-Anfragen und -Problemen (First-/Second-Level-Support)
  • Systemadministration
  • Erstellung von Handbüchern und Dokumentationen für Benutzer
