Your tasks
- Konzipierung und Entwicklung von Customer Journeys und Geschäftsprozessen innerhalb des Kernbankensystems (Avaloq)
- Priorisierung des backlogs der Software-Produkte
- Unterstützung bei der Lösung der 3rd level Support Incidents
