Who you are
- Abgeschlossene IT relevante Ausbildung oder mehrjährig ausgewiesene Erfahrung in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, IT- und Prozessmanagement
- Erfahrung in IT- Data Architecture, IT-Service- und Product Management
- Idealerweise Erfahrung / Background von einem produzierenden Unternehmen
Your tasks
- Betrieb und Wartung der Business Applikationslandschaft (ERP, MES, EAM, BI, DMS, etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Störungs- und Problembehebung ERP
- Trainings der Business Applikationen
- Interne Kommunikation: Mitwirkung und Aufbereiten von Informationen bezüglich Business Applikationen
- Project Management
- Sicherstellung der Sicherheit und Compliance im Applikationsumfeld / Datenschutz
