Who you are

  • Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ
  • Erfahrung mit 1st and 2nd Level IT Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit Windows Server (10)
  • Fliessende Deutsch und gute Englisch Sprachkenntnisse

Your tasks

  • 1st, 2nd und idealerweise 3rd Level Support
  • Zuständig für die Installation und Konfiguration der eingesetzten Hard- und Software
  • Leistung von Support für ​​Windows und Mac, Soft- und Hardware, sowie bei Benutzereinführungen mitwirken
  • Enger Kontakt sowie Austausch mit internen Kunden / Anspruchsgruppen
  • Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen
  • Lucerne, Switzerland / Berne, Switzerland / Zürich, Switzerland / Solothurn, Switzerland / Schwyz, Switzerland / Zug, Switzerland
  • Permanent contract
  • 80-100% occupation rate
