Who you are

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management
  • Previous experience in the Sales department of a computer software company
  • Ideally have previous experience in performing demo's of products to prospective clients
  • Ideally have supported in the opening of new markets
  • You are fluent in English (C1+ level) and FRENCH or GERMAN (native/mother tongue)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change the environment
  • You are a true warrior, believe in our mission, and ready to change the hiring industry
  • You have an interest in Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management

Your tasks

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle with potential TieTalent clients in our French Market
  • Support launching a new Market (France) by testing out new models and grow client pipeline
  • Helping to implement and propose innovative ideas for having great client relationship
  • Receive the leads of prospective clients from the Business Development team and generate your own leads if needed
  • Being one of the contact people at TieTalent for interested customers
  • Building the customer pipeline and support the Business Development team
  • Orient our clients into the appropriate TieTalent Solution
  • You acquire new enterprise partners for our innovative platform
  • You take responsibility in the fulfilment of our mission
