- Abgeschlossene oder laufende Ausbildung als Informatiker doer ähnliches
- Erfahrung als IT Supporter von Vorteil
Your tasks
- 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level IT-Support
- Verwaltung, Wartung, Administration sowie Installationen und Updates von Geräten wie Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Druckern, Beamern usw.
- Analyse von Anforderungen und Evaluierung von Hardware, Software und Lösungen
- Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für Applikationen
