Who you are
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1+, fliessend)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ICT Support
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der iOS-Welt
- Führerschein Kat B
- Erfahrung in der Bildungslandschaft ist von Vorteil
Your tasks
- Durchführung der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware, Software und Netzwerken (insbesondere im Bereich iPadOS und iOS)
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Systemadministration
- 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level Support
- Teilnahme an verschiedenen IT-Projekten, einschliesslich konzeptioneller Aufgaben
- Offene, kompetente und freundliche Kommunikation sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
