Who you are
- Experience in the conception and implementation of responsive business web applications
- Experience with popular design and prototyping software such as Figma or Sketch
- Experience in building, maintaining and further developing design systems
- Excellent methodical knowledge of user-centered design and agile software development
- Confident appearance and initiative personality
- Excellent knowledge of German
Your tasks
- Conception and design of user-friendly and responsive business web applications
- Planning and implementation of requirements workshops, design thinking workshops and design sprints
- Planning, implementation, evaluation and preparation of qualitative and quantitative user research & usability tests
- Maintenance and further development of an existing design system
- Creation of design specifications and close cooperation with the software engineers
- Customer-oriented advice on the development and implementation of UX concepts
- Design and implementation of presentations for stakeholders and management
