Service Desk Specialist

About the company

The company is a Swiss SME specialized in the software solutions. Due to their strong growth, they are looking to expand the team with a new person. The salary range for this position is CHK75-100K/year (depending on skills of the candidates).

Your tasks

  • Answer support tickets, diagnosis, troubleshooting for large range of digital signage products
  • Contribute to product documentation and training material
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support to prestigious and international customers on highly innovative system integration projects
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, product managers, and sales people to improve the product's vision
  • Your profile

  • Education in IT
  • +3 years experience working in support L1 and L2
  • Good knowledge in Windows 7 and 10
  • Experience working with Office 365
  • ITIL certification will be highly appreciated
