Vacancy
Who you are
- Education in IT
- +3 years experience working in support L1 and L2
- Good knowledge in Windows 7 and 10
- Experience working with Office 365
- ITIL certification will be highly appreciated
Your tasks
- Answer support tickets, diagnosis, troubleshooting for large range of digital signage products
- Contribute to product documentation and training material
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support to prestigious and international customers on highly innovative system integration projects
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product managers, and sales people to improve the product's vision
