Who you are
- Professional experience: 8+ years of professional experience (min 3+ years in online marketing and 3+ years in sales)
- Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent/native) AND French (C1+, fluent/native)
- Previous direct management experience
- Someone very dynamic, service oriented and bold
- Someone highly analytical and good with numbers
- Excellent communication skills
- Good CRM experience
- Tech enthusiast
- Strong plus: previous experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS
Your tasks
- Leading the whole Sales & Marketing team (approx. 16 people)
- Focus on growing their consumer base of B2C and B2B users
- Implementing all the online marketing strategies and promotions
- Growing the brand via different marketing growth hack activities
- Help them to continue expanding geographically
- Managing the whole PR/brand image
- Building long-term relationships with their clients
