Who you are

  • Good English level (B2+/C1, professional working proficiency) AND French (C1, fluent)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support
  • Recently graduated in engineering studies (either CFC, bachelors or equivalent)
  • Someone willing to go on-site on a daily basis to Geneva
  • Some who is flexible & likes working under pressure
  • Ideally some experience on the Apple environment (Mac, OS, iPhone)

Your tasks

  • Answer & manage the ticketing system for Support Level 1 (and potentially Level 2)
  • Handling all technical support rquests
  • Troubleshooting malfunctions (laptops, video conference, printers, etc.)
  • Installation of the computer equipment
  • Training users & ensuring support
  • Transfering complex incidents to the appropriate internal IT teams
  • Up to CHF 50’000
  • Geneva, Switzerland
  • Permanent contract
  • 100% occupation rate
