The hiring company is an international company specialised into the digital Customer Experience. As they are growing, they are looking for a CX Reporting Specialist with some Genesys knowledge to join their team remotely from Switzerland or in their Zurich office. The salary range for this position is CHF100-160K / year (depending on the experience).

Vacancy
Who you are
- Fluent English (C1+) and German (C1+) (French would be highly appreciated)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL, as well as with creating scripts and SQL statements
- You are customer oriented, creative and solution-oriented, eager to learn new technologies and bring excellent communication skills
- First experience or knowledge on Genesys is a big plus
Your tasks
- Conceptualise and create meaningful reports and optimal decision-making bases for the customers
- Bring your expertise and creativity for the expansion and maintenance of the customers' own reporting platforms and standardised dashboards based on Genesys technologies
- Cooperate with internal and external project managers and partners, and ensure the company's quality standards
- Be in charge of receiving and coordinating the customer enquiries
