The hiring company is a booming Swiss SME active within the research and academic field. As they are growing, they are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Zürich. The salary range for this position is CHF80-130K / year (depending on the experience).

Vacancy

Who you are

  • IT related studies
  • Fluent in English (C1+)
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Linux and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD) as well as programming skills (Java, PHP, Go or Javascript)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Your tasks

  • Take part in the development of backend services
  • Implementing new technologies in an exciting field where you will be able to impact the future of the citizen in Switzerland
  • Use of DevOps tools and processes to continuously improve the services of the company (Technologies you'll use: Docker, Kubernetes, Containers, Ansible, Linux, Java, PHP, Python and Go)
  • Collaborate with team members and 3rd level support
  • Improving and automating development processes
