Who you are
- Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent)
- Professional experience: 5+ years of experience (ideally strong knowledge in software development), min 1 year of people management
- Strong knowledge of software engineering with complex software systems (ideally still a bit of hands-on coding)
- Good software architecture experience with functional programming
- Strong people management skills
- Previous experience with SCRUM and other agile methodologies are a plus
Your tasks
- Take the lead on the software engineering with a focus on product development
- Working alongside with the CPO in putting processes in place for growing teams internally
- Coordinate with all the IT teams on the software development in close collaboration with the rest of the departments and making sure that the product stays customer-oriented
- Management of 6+ engineers
- Ensure the scalability of the product as the company grows
