Who you are

  • Persönlichkeit: Selbständig und teamfähig mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Spaß an Kundenkontakt
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im IT Support (1st und 2nd Level Support)
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (fließend, C1), Englisch (fließend, C1)
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung

Your tasks

  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei Problemen und Fragen
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von einem neuen Standort
  • Betreuung von Mitarbeiter/-innen am Standort
  • Verantwortung für das interne IT Support (1st und 2nd Level Support), Arbeitsplatz-Ausstattung, Infrastruktur, usw.
