Your tasks
- Front Office Support für unsere Filialmitarbeiter per Telefon, Mail und Ticketsystem
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung unseres Front Office Systems
- Schulung des Front Office Systems für neue Mitarbeitende
- Unterstützung bei Projekten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Optional: ICT Support - Einrichtung und Unterhalt sowie die sofortige Behebung von Störungen und Betriebsunterbrüchen der gesamten EDV-Infrastruktur der Firma
