Who you are

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (fließend, C1)
  • Berufserfahrung mit Apple-Produkten und deren Betriebssystemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Onsite-IT-Kundensupport&Persönlichkeit: Selbständig und teamfähig mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Your tasks

  • Verantwortung für 30 IT-Arbeitsplätze (und 12 Home-Office-Plätze)
  • Bearbeitung der Supportanfragen am Arbeitsplatz sowie über Fernwartung
  • Planung und Dokumentation von Apple-Hardware
  • Kontrolle der Server-Backups%Kontakt mit IT-Partnern
