  • Berufausbildung im IT Bereich oder mind. 2 Jahre Beruferfahrung im Service Desk
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und English (C1, fliessend)
  • Erfahrung in Windows und iOS Betriebssystemen

Your tasks

  • Systemadministration und -betreuung
  • Unterstützung in allen IT Fragen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Help-Desks inkl. 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support&Durchführung von Serverbackup
  • Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen
