As BPM Java Developer (f/m/d) you are part of a cross-functional team of process automation developers and digital experts. We improve, digitize and automate E.ONs processes using state-of-the-art intelligent automation technologies and customer-oriented methodology.

What you are responsible for

• Consult business partners from a professional and technical perspective when designing automation solutions
• Plan user stories and estimate the implementation efforts
• Develop BPM solutions based on the user stories as a full-stack BPM Java Developer (f/m/d) - from backend to frontend using the Axon.ivy BPM platform
• Stay up to date about recent market and technology trends and share the knowledge in your team
• Take over responsibility for your solutions and assure high quality on the long-term
• Write and update technical documentation

What you are good at

• University degree in IT, computer science, software development or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in agile software development, ideally as BPM Developer (f/m/d)
• Ability to build creative business process management solutions
• Experience in backend / full-stack software development with Java and Hibernate
• Skilled in frontend / full-stack development with JSF, PrimeFaces, React or similar
• Knowledge of BPM technologies, ideally in Axon.ivy, Camunda, jBPM or similiar
• Open-minded for new technologies and collaboration
• Fluent in English and German
