*Key Responsibilities:*
*Clinical Care & Patient Education*
* Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
* Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting
* Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed
* Administer fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
* Screen for signs of oral cancer and other dental conditions
*Collaboration & Communication*
* Communicate effectively with the doctor and dental team about patient care and treatment plans
* Support front office with patient scheduling and flow when needed
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture
* Ensure patients feel welcomed, safe, and respected during every visit
*Compliance & Documentation*
* Accurately record patient findings, notes, and services rendered in digital charts
* Adhere to infection control and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe clinical environment
* Maintain hygiene instruments and ensure operatories are properly cleaned and stocked
*Qualifications:*
* Current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
* MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
* CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
